The Graham Medical Response

Have an Idea for an EMS Product Improvement?

Posted by Graham Medical on Jan 12, 2021 9:55:00 AM

As firefighters, EMTs and other first responders you are on the front line every day, interacting with patients in a fast-paced setting. Sometimes, you may feel limited by the equipment you use to stabilize and transport victims in the field. However, do you know where to go or who to talk to about making changes, upgrades and improvements to the equipment you’re currently using?

We couldn’t find a place for front-line workers to have their voices be heard—so we created one ourselves. Graham Medical is dedicated to working with industry professionals to bring the best products to help you on the front lines. That’s why we’re starting a focus group for EMS professionals to ask questions about products and other developments. This central hub will provide a chance for our country’s first responders to learn and grow from each other.

It’s critical to have an open feedback loop in the industry. We rely on the feedback from first responders to develop products that help you better perform your job. To ensure we’re meeting your needs, we want to get real-life opinions from our heroes on the frontline. Your responses will help guide product launches and other important industry-related developments.

Here is how you can get involved and get your voice heard.

Who are we looking for?

At Graham Medical, we want to make sure we are developing products that take the needs of all first responders into consideration. This is a great opportunity to work directly with a leading EMS manufacturer to help grow and evolve a product line and other offerings.

We’re seeking police, firefighters, paramedics and other first responders to work with us on an ongoing basis. Taking the concerns of a diverse group of front-line responders into consideration will help us provide a better, more well-rounded line of products for you. By providing your expertise and voicing your concerns, we’ll be able to create better products for your needs.

What is the time commitment?

We know that, by nature, you first responders are busy. We understand that you’re strapped for time and need to stay focused on your job. That’s why we’re making time commitment minimal. Once you sign up, you’ll receive an email with survey questions once every 2-3 months. Plus, each survey will take less than 10 minutes to complete.  While this commitment is nominal, the effects will be widespread. Your answers will help drive product developments and more.

Your job centers on the assessment and safe transport of patients.

To better equip you for these situations, Graham Medical is committed to designing products around the real-life needs of front-line responders. By creating an open feedback loop, we hope to better understand your needs and develop products that help you better perform your job.

Do you have ideas on making EMS product improvements? Want to contribute to a noble cause and impact the future of your industry? This group will provide an opportunity for the voices of all first responders to be heard. Visit our landing page to sign up and join the forum.
